Autumn Pumpkin Smoothie - running nutrition

We love finding new smoothie recipes as its easy to get stuck with the standard 'banana, spinach, avocado' combo.  

Check out this lovely autumnal recipe from the very clever Hemsley sisters which includes pumpkin, a great source of Vitamin A.

Results should be perfect for instagramming so tag us we'd love to see your efforts.

  • 225g (1 C) puréed pumpkin
  • 120ml (½ C) of full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger (or a thumbnail of fresh ginger)
  • Pinch nutmeg

Optional

  • A raw, organic, free range egg yolk for an extra nutritious kick
